This conference is a follow on from the Remote Sensing conferences we held in 1990 and 2000. Agriculture is facing unprecedented economic environmental and social pressures.
The conference will bring together scientists from around the world with an interest and commitment to applying remote sensing technologies to agricultural cropping systems.
It will include new precision agricultural and horticultural systems, sensors, drones, spatialisation of data, and changes in farming systems.
Evening reception on the 19 June 2017
Prof Mark Rutter (Applied Animal Systems, Harper Adams University)
"Precision animal production systems"
Dr Toby Waine (Cranfield University)
"Precision Systems in Agriculture"
Prof Jon west (Plant Pathology and Microbiology Department, Rothamsted Research)
"Precision detection systems for agriculture and horticulture"
