The programme for this conference will be open to any topics or areas within basic or applied plant virology, will include all current areas of interest to Plant Virologists and will consist of presentations by invited speakers as well as offered papers by conference delegates. It is hoped to hold a forum to discuss the future of plant virology around the world.
We welcome submissions from established researchers, post-docs and students. The meeting will include the student competitions as outlined below.

Student prizes will be awarded for the best platform (Bryan Harrison prize) and best poster (Raymond/Roger Hull prize).

The conference dinner will take place in a venue close to the International Centre in Harrogate.
Harrogate is centrally located in the UK halfway between London and Edinburgh with good transport connections.

- Manchester international airport to Harrogate: 2 hours (hourly service) by rail
